About the Role
Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, a leading construction company delivering integrated solutions and complex infrastructure projects, is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-standard electrical installations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating workflows for major building and industrial projects across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Execute electrical installation and renovation of low-voltage systems for office spaces and large-scale projects.
- Handle fire protection installations in strict accordance with building regulations and fire protection concepts.
- Coordinate on-site workflows, manage material orders, and prepare material acceptances and test reports using MS Office.
- Perform troubleshooting in electrical installations and ensure optimal system performance.
- Supervise and coordinate assembly teams, leading weekly team meetings and follow-up sessions.
- Apply basic knowledge of HVAC, 11KV compact switchgear, and 400V generators during project execution.
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, with further education as a master craftsman.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in monitoring low-voltage electrical installations for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, structured working methods with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong aptitude for continuous learning and the ability to motivate and lead employees.
