Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic testing, and complex repairs on electric and conventional vehicles.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and software issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair vehicle components, ensuring adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and document all maintenance procedures performed on every vehicle.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to resolve recurring technical challenges and improve vehicle performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging electric vehicle technologies, industry trends, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Trade Test, or equivalent certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on professional experience as an Auto Technician, preferably with exposure to electric or hybrid vehicles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
