About the Role
Greywood Hotels & Apartments, located in a serene and well-secured environment, is currently seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Auto Maintenance Personnel to join our dedicated team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the routine inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, reliable, and fully roadworthy at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular and systematic inspections of company vehicles to identify mechanical faults and maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform routine servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and basic engine tune-ups.
- Diagnose and efficiently repair mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle-related faults.
- Inspect and maintain braking systems, suspension, steering mechanisms, tires, and batteries.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle breakdowns and extend the overall lifespan of the fleet.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and vehicle breakdown scenarios.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vehicle repairs, servicing histories, and parts replaced.
- Liaise with approved mechanics, spare-parts suppliers, and external vendors for specialized repairs.
- Ensure all company vehicles comply with safety and roadworthiness regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment while ensuring proper disposal of automotive waste.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, or HND in a relevant technical field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in auto mechanics and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety standards.
