About the Role
Nectar Beauty Hub is a dedicated team changing the game by the creation of the first Beauty Experience filled with a wide variety of beauty products in our HUB. We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Audit and Stock Expert to join our dynamic operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory integrity, conducting stock audits, and ensuring optimal stock levels across our retail channels.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine and surprise physical stock counts and reconciliations across all warehouse and retail locations.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and investigate stock variances or shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit policies, standard operating procedures, and financial controls.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing stock status, discrepancies, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with the procurement and store teams to streamline inventory management and minimize waste.
- Implement effective stock control measures to improve supply chain efficiency and product availability.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in stock auditing, inventory management, or retail accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data analysis and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of personal integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
