Plantation Industries Limited, a premier cocoa processing factory located in Akure, Ondo State, is seeking a skilled Accounts and Finance Professional specializing in Management and Cost Accounting. As an offshoot of Agro Traders Limited, one of Nigeria's largest cocoa exporters, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cocoa products to the international market. We are looking for a dedicated finance expert to join our structured organization and contribute to our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed management and cost accounting duties to support plant operations and financial decision-making.
- Analyze financial data, monitor production costs, and prepare accurate periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize accounting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to streamline financial workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a relevant professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or CRMA.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification accounting and finance experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with high professional integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of modern accounting systems or ERP platforms.
