We are currently seeking a meticulous, analytical, and driven Audit Officer to strengthen our financial control and compliance frameworks. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding our financial integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our mission to provide top-tier care services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify financial transactions to ensure proper authorization and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct routine internal checks, audits, and assistance with bank reconciliations.
  • Identify discrepancies, financial errors, or irregularities and report them promptly to management.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit working papers, findings, and detailed reports.
  • Maintain secure, organized, and confidential audit documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding audit issues and facilitate required documentation retrieval.
  • Support special audit assignments, investigations, and other management directives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in auditing, accounting, or financial control roles.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and audit procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Progress towards or completion of professional certifications such as ICAN or ACCA will be a distinct advantage.
