We are seeking a dynamic and driven Audit Manager to lead and manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with international standards. As part of our growing team in Nigeria, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, mentoring junior staff, and delivering top-tier financial solutions to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple audit engagements to deliver high-quality audit services for diverse clients.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department and Partner in Charge to coordinate operational workflows.
  • Prepare business proposals and collaborate with the business development unit to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute audit assignments in strict compliance with international standards and firm quality controls.
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior audit staff through on-the-job guidance and technical training sessions.
  • Contribute to departmental deliverables, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and work plans.
  • Supervise audit engagements, perform detailed review work, and ensure timely reporting for higher-level reviews.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in auditing.
  • Mandatory membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or an equivalent recognized body.
  • Proven ability to successfully handle at least 7 Category A clients for 2 consecutive years.
  • Deep technical understanding of current accounting and auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient IT skills, including competency in CaseWare and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a strong commitment to client service excellence.
