About the Role
Konga Online Shopping Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to join our dynamic Warehouse and Supply Chain Department. In this vital role, you will champion operational excellence by safeguarding financial integrity, mitigating risks, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements across our growing e-commerce ecosystem in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Review financial records, operational processes, and internal controls for compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and business risks, recommending actionable corrective measures.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings directly to management.
- Conduct thorough investigations into operational irregularities, stock variances, and compliance breaches.
- Perform periodic reviews and physical verifications of inventory, procurement, and warehouse processes.
- Participate actively in quarterly and annual stock counts, delivering detailed variance analysis reports.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in auditing, accounting, risk, or compliance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Candidate age must be between 28 and 45 years.
- Strong proficiency in auditing principles, ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
