About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit Coordinator to drive our internal audit, risk management, and fraud investigation functions.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and execution of the annual risk-based internal audit plan covering operational, financial, IT, and compliance audits.
- Lead fraud and misconduct investigations, manage whistle-blowing cases with strict confidentiality, and perform forensic reviews of transactions and digital records.
- Assess internal control systems, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend robust process improvements to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure organisational practices strictly comply with internal policies, legal frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare high-quality audit and investigation reports, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Legal, HR, and Compliance departments.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Recognized professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA.
- Minimum of 10 years of robust experience in enterprise risk management, internal auditing, or forensic investigations, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
