Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars across multiple platforms
- Develop innovative curricula and course materials aligned with university quality standards
- Conduct and publish original research in reputable journals and academic publications
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students with academic mentorship
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand disciplinary knowledge
- Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and continuous evaluation
- Participate actively in institutional meetings, conferences, and professional development initiatives
- Mentor junior colleagues and provide comprehensive student support
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Software Engineering or related field with Reader status
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration
- Substantial publication record in peer-reviewed, reputable academic journals
- Experience supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate research
- Professional affiliation with recognized academic or industry bodies
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong organizational abilities
