Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Develop comprehensive curricula and course materials compatible with multiple delivery platforms
- Conduct high-impact research projects with potential for income generation and scholarly recognition
- Conduct rigorous assessment through assignments, tests, and examinations while providing constructive feedback
- Author research papers, journal articles, proposals, and books for publication in reputable outlets
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic pursuits
- Collaborate with fellow academics to enhance teaching methodologies and advance disciplinary knowledge
- Participate actively in institutional meetings, conferences, and professional development initiatives
- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues and students
- Reader status with a Ph.D. degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration
- Substantial publication record in peer-reviewed journals and recognized research impact
- Evidence of successful undergraduate and postgraduate student supervision
- Professional affiliation with recognized engineering bodies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams)
