Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, student-centred lectures and practical training in software engineering and related disciplines at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Lead groundbreaking research initiatives and maintain an active publication record in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Mentor and guide junior faculty members, graduate assistants, and students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, academic conferences, and relevant professional organizations.
- Collaborate with industry partners and contribute meaningfully to the university's community development initiatives.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Software Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable, accredited university.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive teaching and research experience within a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrate a strong, verifiable track record of research publications in high-impact national and international journals.
- Possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and modern academic software platforms.
