Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and clinical training to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Haematology.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Provide comprehensive academic mentorship, career guidance, and pastoral support to students and junior faculty members.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic quality assurance processes.
- Engage in clinical duties and community service initiatives associated with the university teaching hospital network.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, university committees, and academic accreditation exercises.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- A relevant postgraduate professional qualification appropriate for an Associate Professor or Reader rank.
- Extensive and verifiable teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the position applied for.
- A robust portfolio of peer-reviewed academic publications in reputable journals.
- Current active registration with the relevant Nigerian professional regulatory body along with a valid practicing licence.
