Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars to undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Develop comprehensive curricula and course materials optimized for multiple delivery platforms
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research projects with commercial and developmental impact potential
  • Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic pursuits
  • Set, assess, and grade assignments, examinations, and student projects to ensure academic standards
  • Author and publish research papers, journal articles, and academic texts in reputable outlets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand disciplinary knowledge

Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree with demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration
  • Reader-level status or equivalent professional standing in Quantity Surveying
  • Substantial publication record in peer-reviewed journals and academic outlets
  • Evidence of successful supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research
  • Professional affiliation with relevant regulatory bodies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven time management expertise
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and modern video conferencing platforms
