Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars using innovative pedagogical approaches
- Develop comprehensive curricula and course materials adaptable across multiple learning platforms
- Conduct original research and produce publications in reputable journals and academic outlets
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses
- Set, administer, and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations to ensure academic standards
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand institutional knowledge
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic conferences, and professional development initiatives
- Mentor students and junior colleagues while maintaining highest professional and ethical standards
- Stay abreast of developments in Estate Management through continuous scholarly engagement
- Ph.D. in Estate Management or related discipline with Reader rank status
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration
- Substantial publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Proven experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research
- Professional affiliation with recognized Estate Management bodies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines independently
