Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and facilitate innovative, student-centred learning experiences in public health at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct high-impact research and maintain a strong track record of publishing in reputable, peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Mentor, guide, and support junior faculty members, researchers, and students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate actively in academic conferences, seminars, and relevant professional organizations to enhance the university's academic profile.
- Contribute meaningfully to the university's community development initiatives and public health outreach programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry stakeholders to design and update curriculum that addresses current global health challenges.
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health or a closely related relevant field from a reputable, accredited university.
- Minimum of 7 years of active teaching, learning, and research experience at the university level.
- Demonstrated history of significant research publications in high-ranking academic journals.
- Strong IT proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Office applications and digital learning platforms.
- Active involvement in professional bodies and attendance at academic conferences.
