Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Design, update, and deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum content.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and dissertations.
- Mentor junior academic staff and contribute to faculty development.
- Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committees, as well as community engagement initiatives.
- Possess a good Ph.D. degree with a strict specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate a robust track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and mentorship.
- Minimum of nine (9) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a recognized university.
- Possess strong digital literacy and modern pedagogical skills relevant to the discipline.
