Key Responsibilities- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars across multiple platforms
- Develop comprehensive curricula and course materials aligned with university and faculty quality standards
- Conduct original research and publish in reputable journals to generate academic impact and income-generating projects
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students through research projects and academic guidance
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand disciplinary knowledge
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and constructive feedback
- Actively participate in institutional committees, conferences, and professional development initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge through continuous reading and scholarly publication
- Ph.D. in Nursing Sciences or related field with Reader-level academic standing
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration
- Substantial publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Evidence of successful undergraduate and postgraduate supervision
- Professional body affiliation within nursing or health sciences
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and commitment to ethical professional standards
