Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training in Nursing Sciences at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Lead innovative research initiatives and maintain an active publication record in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior faculty members, graduate assistants, and students to foster academic and professional growth.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and departmental administration.
- Represent the university at academic conferences, professional organizations, and industry stakeholder events.
- Participate actively in the university's community development and societal impact initiatives.
- A Ph.D. in Nursing Sciences or a closely related relevant field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive teaching and research experience at the university level.
- A robust track record of research publications in high-impact national and international journals.
- Strong digital literacy and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning platforms.
