Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Nursing Science.
- Design, update, and deliver comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate nursing curricula in line with national and international standards.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior academic staff and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects.
- Drive digital transformation in nursing education by integrating modern digital tools and e-learning platforms into pedagogy.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, community engagement, and university service.
- Must possess a good Ph.D. degree with specialization in Nursing or a closely related healthcare discipline.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- A robust track record of academic and administrative leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital skills relevant to modern nursing education and clinical practice.
