Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses focusing on Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and contribute significantly to academic literature in the field of nursing science.
- Provide robust academic leadership, mentoring junior faculty members and participating in curriculum development.
- Engage in community service initiatives and university committee assignments to foster institutional growth.
- Must possess a PhD in Maternal and Child Health Nursing or a closely relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- A strong, verifiable record of high-impact, peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICT-driven teaching methods and modern learning management systems.
- Current professional registration and a valid practising licence with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
