Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Haematology and Blood Science.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish in reputable academic journals.
- Provide robust academic leadership and mentor junior faculty members.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental administrative duties.
- Participate in community service and institutional advancement initiatives.
- Must possess a PhD in Haematology, Blood Science, or a closely related relevant discipline.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of cognate university teaching and research experience.
- A strong, demonstrable record of peer-reviewed academic publications.
- Proven capacity for effective postgraduate teaching and student supervision.
- Current professional registration and a valid practising licence where applicable.
- Demonstrated ICT proficiency with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
