Federal University Lafia invites dynamic and accomplished academic leaders to apply for the position of Associate Professor in Entrepreneurial Studies within the Faculty of Management Sciences. Key Responsibilities- Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in Entrepreneurial Studies and related management disciplines.
- Supervise postgraduate research, including Masters and Ph.D. dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement within the Faculty of Management Sciences.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties as assigned.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives aligned with the university's mandate.
- Must currently hold the rank of Associate Professor or be a senior academic ready for progression.
- Possess a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial Studies or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- Demonstrate a strong record of outstanding and continuing university teaching experience.
- Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) scholarly publications in reputable international and national journals.
- Proven track record of successfully supervising Ph.D. and Masters students to completion.
