Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars aligned with institutional quality standards
- Develop innovative curricula and course materials for multi-platform delivery
- Conduct original research and publish work in reputable journals and academic outlets
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand knowledge domains
- Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and constructive feedback
- Represent the department at conferences, seminars, and professional forums locally and internationally
- Mentor students and junior colleagues in academic and professional development
- Maintain currency in architectural practice and theory through continuous professional engagement
- Ph.D. in Architecture or related discipline with Reader status
- Proven track record of excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration
- Substantial publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research
- Professional affiliation with recognized architectural bodies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)
- Strong ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to confidentiality
