Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, student-centred lectures and practical sessions in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations while providing academic mentorship.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and guide junior faculty members to foster professional growth within the department.
- Contribute to curriculum development to ensure alignment with global standards and industry needs.
- Participate actively in academic conferences, professional bodies, and university community development initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to bridge the gap between academic research and practical societal applications.
- Hold a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive teaching and research experience at the university level.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of research publications in high-impact, reputable academic journals.
- Exhibit strong IT proficiency, including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and digital learning platforms effectively.
