Key Responsibilities- Teach, mentor, and evaluate undergraduate and postgraduate students in Business Education and related disciplines.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, Master's theses, and PhD dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Contribute to the continuous review and enhancement of the departmental curriculum to meet global academic and industry standards.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.

- Possession of a PhD in Business Education or a closely relevant academic field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must possess a First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a PhD.
- Demonstrated substantial years of tertiary-level teaching, academic administration, and curriculum delivery experience.
