Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Advertising and related disciplines within the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, including theses and dissertations.
- Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and actively contribute to the academic profile of the university through scholarly publications.
- Provide robust academic leadership by mentoring junior faculty members and participating in curriculum development.
- Engage in departmental and university-wide administrative duties, committees, and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a PhD in Advertising or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- A strong and verifiable record of peer-reviewed publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Proven capacity for postgraduate teaching, student supervision, and academic leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching methods and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Current professional registration and a valid practicing licence where applicable.
