Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, student-centered lectures and tutorials in undergraduate and postgraduate accounting courses.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and guide junior faculty members and supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects.
- Contribute actively to curriculum development, academic conferences, and professional organizations.
- Engage in university community development initiatives and foster strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Hold a PhD in Accounting or a closely related relevant field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of active teaching and research experience at the university level.
