Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students addressing academic, social, and emotional concerns.
- Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and clear career pathways.
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to identify and support students with specific behavioral or learning needs.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on mental health awareness, anti-bullying, and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with educational standards and school policies.
- Organize career fairs, university application guidance, and aptitude testing sessions.
- Possession of a B.Ed., B.Sc., or HND in Guidance and Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a school counsellor or in a similar youth-focused psychological role.
- Must reside within Ipaja, Lagos, or closely neighboring areas (residential address or specific Lagos location must be clearly stated on the CV).
- Exceptional active listening, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of adolescent psychology and modern educational counselling techniques.
