About the Role
Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, People & Culture to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape a vibrant workplace culture, attract and retain top African talent, and contribute to our expanding commercial HR advisory services. This is a hands-on build role where your contributions will directly impact our strategic growth and employee experience across the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding journeys, and robust capacity development programs.
- Maintain data integrity in the HRIS, generate monthly people analytics dashboards, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory obligations.
- Administer engagement surveys, performance management cycles, and structured offboarding processes.
- Support external client HR engagements through research, benchmarking, data analysis, and drafting deliverable documents.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven HR experience, including hands-on recruitment and HR operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Nigerian labor law, statutory obligations, and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM are strongly preferred.
