About the Role
Beacon Power Services is seeking a creative and proactive Associate - Graphic Design to bring our brand, campaigns, and key messages to life through engaging visual content. Since 2010, we have been at the forefront of developing energy management software and providing energy analytics in Nigeria. In this hybrid role, you will create and adapt visual materials across digital and physical platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure polished, brand-aligned communications.
Key Responsibilities- Create graphics and visual materials for social media, websites, presentations, events, print, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography for company events, interviews, and digital platforms.
- Ensure all designs strictly follow BPS brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across fonts, layouts, colors, and logos.
- Design intuitive layouts for web pages, digital communications, and reusable presentation master slides.
- Organize and maintain the corporate library of photos, videos, and digital design assets.
- Proven experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design within a marketing or communications team.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital, social media, print, and presentation formats.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
- Demonstrated skills in photography, videography, and multimedia content editing.
- High degree of autonomy, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.
