We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Associate to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis in Surulere, Lagos. Please note that applicants must reside in Surulere or its immediate environs.

As an Associate at Legal Web Solicitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to our diverse clientele. Your daily duties will be varied and intellectually stimulating.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and civil contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Meet with clients to understand their legal needs and provide practical solutions.
• Analyze case files, prepare court documents, and manage case documentation accurately.
• Support senior lawyers during court hearings, arbitrations, and high-stakes negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant Nigerian laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of client service.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university.
• Barrister at Law (B.L) certification and Call to the Nigerian Bar.
• 0 to 3 years of active legal practice experience.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in litigation will be a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Surulere, Lagos or its immediate environs.
