Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for nursery children.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor and support individual student progress, providing extra attention to children who need reinforcement.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and indoor or outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians by communicating children's daily progress and developmental milestones.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development training sessions as required.
- Must possess a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Demonstrated previous work experience as a nursery or early childhood assistant teacher.
- Strong passion for teaching and nurturing young children within a Christian educational framework.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
