We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Teacher to support our academic team at our Chevron, Lagos campus.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging, effective lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Help prepare comprehensive lesson plans and creative instructional materials.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate students' academic and behavioral performance.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff and school administration to enhance student development.
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra academic attention.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a recognized school environment, preferably as an assistant educator.
- Strong passion for child development and modern teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain patience, positivity, and professionalism in a busy classroom.
