About the Role
Flamingo Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Limited is a fast-growing indigenous pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare and beauty products across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking female Assistant Stock Officer to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining seamless daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting our overarching supply chain goals. The ideal candidate must be available for immediate resumption and reside within accessible proximity to our operational base in Lagos, specifically around Coker Orile, Mile 2, Amuwo Odofin, or Ago Palace Way.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain proper inventory control, organization, and efficient stock management within the store.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of all incoming and outgoing products into the company system.
- Assist with the physical receiving, inspection, and recording of incoming stock shipments.
- Conduct routine stock reconciliation and participate in periodic stock-taking exercises.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all inventory movement to prevent discrepancies and shrinkages.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in stock keeping, inventory management, or storekeeping.
- Prior working experience in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic retail/wholesale store will be a strong added advantage.
- Working knowledge of inventory or accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, numerical proficiency, and a high level of integrity.
- Must reside within Coker Orile, Mile 2, Amuwo Odofin, Ago, or immediate environs in Lagos.
