About the Role
Traverse Energy Services Limited (formerly Trinity Drilling Services Limited) is a premier provider of integrated Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, and Marine Support services for the oil, gas, and energy sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Material / Store Keeper to manage our inventory flow, ensuring seamless production and operational efficiency across our onshore and offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor stock levels, determine replenishment needs, and maintain meticulous inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, store, and securely issue materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to appropriate workstations, departments, or project sites.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Verify incoming shipments from vendors for quality, quantity, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and pending deliveries for management.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Officer, or Inventory Controller, preferably within the oil and gas or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
