We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Site Engineer to support our expanding project and construction operations. In this role, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless site execution, strict adherence to safety standards, and efficient resource allocation. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily construction site operations, supervising contractors, artisans, and junior engineers to ensure high-quality output.
- Coordinate architectural designs, technical drawings, site inspections, and engineering activities among project professionals.
- Oversee site security personnel, access control protocols, incident investigations, and the protection of company materials and property.
- Assist with human resources functions on site, including attendance tracking, onboarding, employee relations, and leave administration.
- Maintain project facilities, including site accommodations, offices, storage areas, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in site supervision, construction operations, or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical specifications, and building construction standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and computer-aided design software is an added advantage.
