Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Establish and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance gaps promptly
- Coordinate daily sales operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Manage customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery across the Port Harcourt territory
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to expand market share and drive revenue growth
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide insights to senior management
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive sales management experience in a similar role
- Experience in multinational companies is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and driving experience required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
