In this role, you will play a vital part in driving operational excellence, managing staff, and ensuring memorable dining experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to the company's Standard of Operations (SOP) regarding food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and minimize operational waste.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- A genuine passion for good food and high culinary standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service or quick service restaurant environment is an advantage.
