About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive, reliable, and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our daily operations and contribute to our continued success in Ilorin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day running and overall management of the restaurant.
  • Supervise floor and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and strict adherence to company standards.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain superior quality and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management.
  • Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across the dining and kitchen environments.
  • Support sales goals through team upselling and active promotion of restaurant specials.
  • Generate and submit accurate reports on daily sales, operational expenses, and staff performance.
  • Stand in for the Outlet Manager and take charge of operations when required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a fast-food or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first orientation.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Must currently reside in Ilorin.
