We offer a delightful variety of continental and local dishes, meticulously prepared by professional chefs under the highest hygienic conditions. We are currently seeking a proactive, reliable, and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our daily operations and contribute to our continued success in Ilorin.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day running and overall management of the restaurant.
- Supervise floor and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and strict adherence to company standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain superior quality and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across the dining and kitchen environments.
- Support sales goals through team upselling and active promotion of restaurant specials.
- Generate and submit accurate reports on daily sales, operational expenses, and staff performance.
- Stand in for the Outlet Manager and take charge of operations when required.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a fast-food or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first orientation.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must currently reside in Ilorin.
