We are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Plant Manager to join our growing team and help drive our mission of providing safe, scalable, and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support across plant activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and maximum uptime.
  • Coordinate PRMS data downloads, as well as project and operations activities, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide continuity of leadership to plant teams across the shifts, ensuring effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, HSE, Operations, and Logistics departments to deliver seamless operations.
  • Enforce HSE compliance, regulatory standards, and internal control processes rigorously across all shifts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
  • Prepare comprehensive operational reports regularly and represent the Plant Manager when required.
Qualifications
  • B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10 to 15 years of plant or industrial experience with proven managerial exposure.
  • Prior experience in CNG, NGV stations, Oil & Gas, or the broader energy sector is a strong added advantage.
  • Strong leadership presence, sound judgment, and an unwavering safety-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in structured, performance-driven operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in piping layouts with both low and high pressure systems.
  • Proficiency in speaking the Hausa language will be considered an added advantage.
