We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager of Operations to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will help drive operational excellence, manage complex engineering lifecycles, and ensure the successful execution of high-value industrial projects across public and private sector undertakings.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day production operations and operational planning across heavy industrial and oil and energy projects.
- Coordinate electrical maintenance, industrial automation, and troubleshooting for specialized machinery including pipe mill equipment.
- Ensure stringent quality control standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting for production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize processes, facilities, plants, and transportation systems.
- Maintain compliance with industry safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in production operations, planning, and industrial automation.
- Preferred candidates will possess hands-on experience in Pipe Mills, Spiral Pipe Mills, Steel Plants, Pipe Manufacturing, Rolling Mills, or Heavy Industrial Projects.
- Strong technical proficiency in PLC/VFD systems and electrical maintenance troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills suited for a fast-paced engineering environment.
