Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Vocational and Technical Education.
- Assist senior faculty members in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and instructional material preparation.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects, research assignments, and industrial training placements.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees as assigned.
- Conduct relevant academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Assess and grade student examinations, continuous assessments, and practical projects objectively.
- Possess a good Bachelor's degree (Second Class Honours) in Vocational and Technical Education or a closely related relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Vocational and Technical Education or a directly related discipline.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research, scholarly writing, and professional development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suited for academic environments.
- Membership in relevant professional educational bodies will be an added advantage.
