Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, practical lab sessions, and tutorials in undergraduate Software Engineering courses.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools aligned with current industry standards.
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, and final-year capstone projects.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and university committee work.
- Engage in continuous professional development, scholarly research, and academic publishing.
- Collaborate with industry partners to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical software development.
- Possess a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A PhD or ongoing doctoral registration in a relevant field will be a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated teaching experience or relevant industrial software engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or presentation at academic conferences is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, software development methodologies, and tools.
