Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures and tutorials in Quantity Surveying and related courses.
- Assess student assignments, examinations, and project works, providing constructive feedback.
- Assist senior faculty members in curriculum development and departmental administrative duties.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to support their professional growth.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee works, and university community service initiatives.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree with a good second-class honours in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.
- Membership or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies such as NIQS or QSRBN is an added advantage.
