Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in public law to undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research in public law and related areas
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic programme enhancement
  • Supervise student research projects and dissertations
  • Contribute to moot court, law clinic, and clinical legal education programmes
  • Engage in scholarly publication and knowledge dissemination
  • Participate actively in faculty meetings and university governance
Qualifications
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Law or related discipline
  • Current membership of the Nigerian Bar Association
  • Strong academic record with demonstrated research and teaching potential
  • Preference given to candidates with internationally indexed publications, research grants, professional certifications, and curriculum development experience
  • Experience in law clinics, clinical legal education, and moot court programmes is advantageous
  • Membership in recognized professional bodies and scholarly associations preferred
  • Evidence of interdisciplinary and technology-enabled legal scholarship is valued
