We invite qualified academics to join our Department of Public Administration as an Assistant Lecturer. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum development, student mentoring, and advancing scholarly discourse in public administration. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars in public administration courses
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and academic development
- Conduct original research and contribute to the institution's scholarly output
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Contribute to departmental and university committees
- Mentor junior academics and support institutional growth
- Master's Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Governance, or related discipline
- Bachelor's Degree with Second Class Upper (2.1) in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 peer-reviewed scholarly journal publications
