Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various branches of Philosophy.
- Assess and grade student assignments, examinations, and project works, providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide meetings, committees, and administrative duties as assigned.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career paths, and personal development within the discipline.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of departmental programs.
- Possession of a Master's degree in Philosophy from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must have a PhD currently in progress, demonstrating active research engagement.
- A good First Degree in Philosophy or a related discipline with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division.
- Candidates with a Second-Class Lower Division are eligible to apply only if they already possess a completed PhD.
