We are currently seeking a dynamic and academically grounded Assistant Lecturer in Mathematics to join our esteemed faculty and contribute to the foundational education of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and tutorials in Mathematics to undergraduate nursing and healthcare students.
- Develop comprehensive course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and modern assessment tools.
- Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and support to students to enhance their academic success and critical thinking skills.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Conduct relevant academic research and contribute to scholarly publications within the mathematical and allied sciences.
- Possession of a Master's degree in Mathematics from an accredited and recognized university.
- Mandatory possession of the NYSC Discharge Certificate or official Exemption Certificate.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
