Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive undergraduate lectures and seminars in various areas of Mass Communication.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and multimedia instructional strategies.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, essays, and academic dissertations.
- Conduct high-quality academic research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Assist in the organization of departmental workshops, conferences, and public lectures.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Progress towards or completion of a Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated potential for academic research and scholarly publications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital learning management systems and modern educational technology.
- Membership in relevant professional media or academic bodies is preferred.
